“Negotiating the Nonnegotiable: How to Resolve Your Most Emotionally Charged Conflicts”, by Daniel Shapiro.
We will gather at the beautiful home of Jerry Leeds
25009 Wimbledon Road
Beachwood. OH 44122
We will discuss the Introduction Section and the first Chapter. In those two sections, his detailed stories of what he experienced with students sparked his decision to write this book. In the first chapter, he dealt with World Leaders and it’s fascinating. Those who facilitate team building exercises, could take note and perhaps use it as a model. That’s just the first part of the book. I’m sure the rest of the book is full of ideas that you can use when dealing with parties who see resolving their issues as nonnegotiable. If you have already read this book, we welcome you to join us and shed some light on what you have perhaps digested or used in your mediation practice.
The book is available on Amazon.
If you have not already responded, please RSVP by Sunday, September 3rd so we can plan for refreshments. Looking forward to hearing from you.
