Currently serves as a Lead Mediator for the Federal Executive Board, Interagency Mediation Group (IMG) and consultant.

In the areas of conflict resolution, communication skills, and team building, serves as consultant and trainer for personal and team development. Accomplishments include:

• Provided training and consulting services to Federal Aviation Administration
• Provided Team Building Activities to Defense Finance and Accounting Service and the Veterans Administration
• Served as Conflict Facilitator for Department of Justice & the Veterans Administration

Served with the Federal Government for 36 years. For over 20 years Served as Equal Employment Opportunity Officer/Manager for the Defense Finance and Accounting administering Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and served as primary EEO advisor and consultant to Directors, Managers, supervisors, attorneys, and employees. Provided advice in the area of Equal Employment Opportunity, Human Resources, Team Building, Interpersonal Communication, Anti-Harassment, Reasonable Accommodation for Persons with Disabilities, Anti-discrimination Laws, Empowering Leaders, Managers and Supervisors and Employees.
